Executive Administrative Intern
Objective:
To gain administrative experience and training while working for a non-profit organization committed to the end of child abuse. You’ll learn and develop state-of-the-art admin. skills, and work directly with the founder and COO.
Qualifications:
· Hard working, organized, and coachable
· Internet savvy
· Familiar with Excel and Word. Easily able to learn new computer programs and software
· You know how to figure out computer hardware, especially with Mac and backup systems
· Totally comfortable talking to ANYONE on the phone
Responsibilities:
· Research via internet. Read publications. Synthesize data.
· Manage phone & email communications
· Create graphic presentations for both Mac or PC
· Prepare reports for both Mac or PC
· Organize projects and files, and do all office-related duties and errands as assigned
Requirements:
· 6 month commitment.

Technical Intern
Objective:
To gain experience and training working for a non-profit organization committed to the end of child abuse, learning and developing your skills on an industry standard event management system while generating a manual for future use of the program.
Qualifications:

Mob Unit Take-A-Stand Leader
Take a Stand Leaders get people to take a stand for the end of child abuse. In Rainbird’s team called the Mobilization Unit, you’ll be part of a group that builds short-term projects to produce long-term results for children. The MOB Unit alters cultural perceptions and mobilizes people to take small steps for the End of child abuse.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Enroll 25 people per week to take a stand for the end of child abuse
• Strategize with the MOB Unit Director new ways to get people to take a stand
• Engage friends, social networks, and your community for the end of child abuse
• Recruit additional Take a Stand leaders.
